Following are the general rules for residents and their guests who utilize the tennis courts.
The Welch TennisCourts strives to maintain the quality of the courts and the appearance of the grounds around the courts. These efforts by the Welch TennisCourts and the resident’s compliance with these rules are intended to help make tennis more enjoyable.

2. The tennis courts are exclusively available for Welch residents and their guests.
3.Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
4. There is no deposit for keys issued, but there is a charge of $5.00 per key to replace lost keys.
5.Appropriate attire is required at all times.
6. Only soft-soled shoes must be worn on the courts.
7.Absolutely no food is allowed on the court areA、Only beverages in plastic containers are allowed on the courts.

9. Termination: Saint Hospital has the right to terminate this agreement with cause for but not limited to at anytime without notice and without pay in lieu of notice if you have misrepresented to Saint Hospital any of the information referred to in this offer of employment, or, if you at anytime engage in any illegal or improper conduct in the course.
10.EntireAgreement: This letter supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between Saint Lewis Hospital and you.
