ELTECS-Chi-L is a sister network to theELTECSEnglish Language TeachingContact Scheme) network which is mainly composed ofELT professionals in central and easternEurope with over 1000 members.

AnyEnglish teachers working in primary and middle schools or universities who have e-mail access are welcome to join the network at any time to share their ideas, expertise and experience with others.
