Technology change is not new. The effects of a technology change on people are not new either. When a new technology is developed, many people cannot understand it and may have negative attitude toward it. The term cultural lag refers to the notion that culture takes time to catch up with technological innovations. However, as the time changes, people will gradually accept it and corporate the new technology into their daily life.
