I’m emailing to congratulate Fishpond Travel on the excellent service that this company provides. My initial contact with the company came after I saw an advertisement in a store front window for flights to Thailand for just $655 per person. My husband and I were about to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and I thought a trip to Thailand would be the perfect way to spend this special occasion. I immediately booked our flights with the help of one of the friendly Fishpond Travel assistants at theCivic branch.
However, two days before we were due to leave, my husband became ill, and we had to cancel the trip. We were given the chance to rebook our trip two weeks later for no additional charge. We later went to Thailand and had a fabulous vacation.
