As you are aware, we had an unfortunate incident last Week that an employee intentionally destroyed one of the company’s computers. He has subsequently been let go. I looked over the list of theEmployee Rules ofConduct that you drew up several years ago and found that it needs to be revise

First of all, we need to add a clause about destruction of company property. I believe that the intentional destruction of company property should not only be grounds for immediate dismissal. I think that the offender should pay damages.
