I really appreciate your standing in for me at the upcoming sales show inDelaware. Scme clients from overseas will be arriving here in Memphis next month when the sales show is on, and I need to get together with them to discuss important business. I went to the show last year and had a wonderful time, establishing some valuable business contracts in the process. Here is the proposed itinerary for the sales show:
On Thursday from 9:00AM to 10:30AM there will be a seminar on web-based marketing and from 1:00 PM until 3:30 PM you will participate in a discussion on global marketing. On Friday from 9:00AM until 10:30AM there will be a workshop explaining the details of how to negotiate contracts, and from 1:00 PM until 3:30 PM you will attend a seminar on handling distribution to overseas markets.

I am writing to tell you that I just got back from the sales show inDelaware recently. I would like to let you know how grateful I am to you for giving me the opportunity to attend this event. I got a lot of new insights into our industry and was able to establish a network of important contacts.
I collected notes that I recorded at the event and some brochures that I picked up at the sales show. I wondered if you might be interested in them.
Overall it was a great event. The only disappointment was that the workshop initially scheduled for Friday morning ended up being cancelled after the keynote speaker called in sick.
Thanks again and I look forward to talking with you about my trip in more detail when we meet later in the week.
